NO, Absolutely NO. There is NO hidden fees or setup fees or even any contract terms, Stay with us 1 month … 2 months ……….. 1 year… it completely upto you.
How long after singup will I get the service?
IMMEDIATELY. Once you signup and clear the invoice. You can directly open ticket in from your client area.
Is my server information secure?
Absolutely YES. Security is our top concern. All the information is transmitted through secure SSL channel. We have antivirus and firewall installed on all ours machines and we keep them updated with latest security updates. We sign NDA before hiring any employee. Also the information is accessible by tech on needed basis only.
How long does it take to respond to ticket?
We offer 1 hour response time guarantee but most of the tickets are usually responded within 30 minutes
How long does it take to resolve a ticket?
We offer 24 hour resolution time guarantee but most of the tickets are usually resovled within 4 hours. Some issue may take longer time depending on it’s complexity. For example an issue occurs on server only once a day during a particular time and cannot be replicated manually, obviously it’s going to take longer to diagnose and resolve it. We will inform in the ticket if any tasks takes longer time
Do you install 3rd party software?
Yes, we will be more than glad to install any 3rd party software made for or used by respective control panel such as Cloudflare, Sitebuilder, RVSkin, Fantastico, Softaculous, ImageMagick, GD, ClamAV, PostgreSQL, ffmpeg, mplayer, mencoder, flvtool2 etc…. However, we do not install any other unrelated 3rd party software or 3rd party end user scripts, such as Shoutcast, SiteStudio, Coldfusion, Billing software, etc. under the server management service. It will be charged separately.
